Welcome to Church Folks for a Better America , an online initiative for peace.  

Founded by Dr. George Hunsinger of Princeton Theological Seminary in

July 2004, it supports The Dove Ad Project (DAP).  

Besides raising money to publicize The Dove Ad, the site offers supporting

materials.  These include select articles from the daily news, political commentary

from online sources, peace-related sermons, and anti-war poems.

Our goal is to raise enough money to publish The Dove Ad  in at least one major

metropolitan newspaper, and elsewhere as funds allow.  All contributions are tax-

deductible.

Update.  As of August 15 we have raised enough money to place The Dove Ad in several

religious periodicals in September.  We hope this step will help us toward our larger goal

of getting the  ad into a  major newspaper.

The DAP is sponsored by the Coalition for Peace Action in Princeton, New Jersey.   

All financial contributions for The Dove Ad are handled by the Coalition through a

secure server connected to a designated fund.
